πWhat is Nearpod?
Nearpod offers a range of interactive resources and elements including 3D objects, virtual reality field adventures and it is intended to promote student participation and engagement in the classroom. Through the website, teachers can also keep track of their students' progress and give immediate comments.
πWhy Nearpod?
- Personalized learning process. Teachers can follow students' progress and give immediate comments through the platform, which enables them to recognise areas where students might need extra help.
- Increased Motivation. Nearpod's interactive features boost motivation, making learning more enjoyable and efficient. Virtual field journeys and other interactive exercises are available to students to help them comprehend their learning material.
πAny limitations?
- Internet access. Nearpod needs a steady internet connection, which may be difficult in every places of school.
- Cost. Despite providing a free version, Nearpod requires a membership in order to use all of its features. This may be an issue for certain teachers or schools that do not have the funding for the subscription.

Nearpod is one of my favourite tools too! It's flexible and easy to use while being compatible with different features and is really great for use in the classroom. Although you've embedded a great tutorial video, I think it would be more helpful to readers who don't know Nearpod if you could include a few words about how to use it in your article.

I agree with you that it could stimulate students' motivation, as an engaging teaching tool and it might be hard to be used into Chinese schools. Because many schools' computers do not have internet connection. And teachers need to use VPN to access this website. what a pity, it's really a good technnology.
